Each funding program specifies technical
criteria in a guideline. If these are met, funding can be applied for
. For individual programs
DeepGreen Funding supports you in the run-up to the
project orientation as part of a PreCheck.
We at DeepGreen Funding have a large network
of experts, auditors and specialist planners. We are happy to make these contacts available to you.
The funding landscape in Germany is very
extensive. There are funding programs in the sub-areas of energy, infrastructure, greening measures, housing, health & care, refurbishment, monument protection and research and development. These sub-areas each comprise many funding pots. In addition, there are also EU programs
, which can be used depending on the scale of the project.
Salaried and wage earners, persons in employee-like relationships, temporary and
seasonal staff, working owners and
partners; persons on maternity leave or in vocational training, such as apprentices and the like, are not included.
This is regulated differently in each funding program. For example, low-interest loans (with or without a repayment discount) are paid out step by step. With some grant programs, the money may only be paid out once the construction is complete.
There is a general ban on subsidies in the EU.
However, the de minimis rule allows companies to be supported with public funds up to an upper limit of € 200,000 in three
consecutive years (€ 100,000 for commercial road transport companies). It applies to individual funding programs and thus limits the amount of funding. Other funding programs (such as the BEG) are not subject to the de minimis rule and therefore allow significantly higher amounts.
Measures for increased energy efficiency always
also lead to an upgrading of the entire project. In addition to the financial increase in value (e.g. through significantly reduced energy costs in operation), the public perception of the project is also significantly enhanced.
Yes, DeepGreen Funding will analyze your project in detail and identify the most suitable and combinable
funding programs for you.
The majority of all programs must be applied for and approved before construction begins. There are exceptions for some BAFA grants, among others. In addition, there may be the option of a subsidy for the future buyer, which can be priced in accordingly by the seller.
DeepGreen Funding offers a wide range of services for projects at any stage, but it is advantageous if no supply and service contracts have yet been concluded for the implementation.
The expenditure associated with the contract can then no longer be taken into account for funding. Normally, the conclusion of a supply or service contract attributable to the execution is considered the start of the project, meaning that the measure can no longer be funded.
Funding is only applied for after a building application has been approved.
DeepGreen Funding accompanies you throughout the entire duration of the project until the funding is paid out. Of course, this also includes the preparation of application documents, support with submission and the necessary proof of use.
In addition to creating a positive image and increasing the value of the property or project, certification also creates legal certainty with regard to the applicable minimum requirements for climate-efficient construction.
