Subsidies in the construction industry
Rising material costs, stricter building regulations and more stringent climate targets are not only making construction projects more complex, but also more expensive. Added to this are the latest developments in the funding landscape: many funding programs are being cut, adjusted or even discontinued. In view of these uncertainties, it is becoming increasingly difficult to realize construction projects economically and sustainably. This makes it all the more important to use the remaining subsidies efficiently and combine them in the best possible way. However, the search for the right funding and the necessary requirements appears to be far too time-consuming.
